About the Role

The role involves providing timely and effective support to customers by addressing questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through solutions using established procedures and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account and product-related issues
  • Guide customers through setup and usage processes
  • Escalate technical problems to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution
  • Provide feedback to improve support documentation
  • Adhere to service level agreements and response time goals
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Communicate customer insights to internal teams
  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Verify customer information securely
  • Process returns and refunds according to policy
  • Support order tracking and delivery inquiries
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes
  • Collaborate with team members on complex cases
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Meet performance metrics for quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Use support software and CRM tools effectively
  • Contribute to knowledge base content updates
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation
