Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations and reporting
- Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts and to supervisor
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process
- Creating setup of GAM ad units and key-values by following clear instructions, exporting GPT code (with responsive mapping manually added)
- Providing GAM ad codes and implementation instructions to development team
- Prebid setup implementation using easy-to-use product (basic experience is needed)
- Conduct monthly and on-demand reports from various SSP platforms
