Responsibilities
- Create strategic marketing plan and activities for products within the competitive arena
- Lead our teams on strategy to support advanced analysis, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNow
- Coordinate product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing
- Determine performance measurements and develop automated dashboards that connect data from all data sources
- Partner with product teams to administer and analyze the results of A/B and multivariate tests
- Implement the research and data strategy for the life cycle of a product. Your findings and insights will help designers, product managers, engineers and executives provide the next generation products that help our customers to gain value and success with ServiceNow
