Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks by accurately and efficiently inputting and ingesting information into Brightwheel’s product
- Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions with full compliance
- Maintain clear records of orders and tasks completed
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth order processing
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Requirements
- Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
- Experience manipulating and organizing data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
- High attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
- Proven ability to follow step-by-step instructions without deviation
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Learns quickly, is energized by coaching and able to effectively implement feedback
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment for a US-based company as a contractor
- Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (ET or PT)
