Too Good To Go is hiring an Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and functional liaison between the central Finance unit and Product and Technology teams.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and external consultants to assess current financial workflows and pinpoint areas for M3 system improvements.
  • Offer functional guidance on decisions related to new business models, regional expansions, or operational changes affecting financial reporting and system settings.
  • Perform direct functional configuration tasks in the Infor M3 Finance module, including setting up accounting rules, parameter structures, financial templates, and user-specific displays.
  • Oversee the functional design and ongoing enhancement of financial ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, asset management, and cost accounting frameworks.
  • Develop functional requirements for financial reporting and analytics, working with internal developers and external partners to implement reliable dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of how interconnected modules like Procurement, Warehousing, and Supply Chain integrate with the Finance module.
  • Ensure supply chain operations generate accurate financial transactions that post correctly to the general ledger without inconsistencies.
  • Detect, assess, and resolve inefficiencies or breakdowns where operational processes fail to meet downstream financial reporting needs.
  • Provide expert-level functional support to finance super users, helping resolve complex reconciliations, system errors, and closing period issues.
  • Create thorough functional documentation, process diagrams, and training materials to prepare finance staff for system updates or procedural changes.
