Too Good To Go is hiring an Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison and functional interpreter between corporate finance and product/technology departments.
  • Work closely with product owners, project managers, and external consultants to assess current financial workflows and identify opportunities for M3 system improvements.
  • Offer functional guidance on how new business models, regional expansions, or operational shifts affect financial reporting and system settings.
  • Perform hands-on configuration tasks in the Infor M3 Finance module, including setting up accounting rules, parameter structures, financial templates, and user views based on defined business processes.
  • Oversee the functional design and ongoing enhancement of financial ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, and cost accounting frameworks.
  • Develop functional requirements for financial reporting and analytics, working with internal and external technical teams to implement reliable dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of how related modules such as procurement, warehousing, and supply chain impact financial data flows.
  • Ensure supply chain operations generate accurate financial transactions and post correctly to the general ledger without inconsistencies.
  • Detect, assess, and resolve inefficiencies or breakdowns where operational processes fail to meet downstream financial reporting needs.
  • Provide advanced functional support to finance super users, helping resolve complex reconciliations, system errors, and closing period issues.
  • Create detailed functional documentation, process diagrams, and training materials to prepare finance teams for system updates or procedural changes.
