Ramp is seeking an Influencer Scout on a contract basis to identify and source rising creator talent who align with our brand. You will help us discover high-quality, high-potential social media influencers to fuel our pipeline for video content.
What You'll Do
- Research and source creators who match our target profile.
- Vet their growth trajectory and engagement quality.
- Compile shortlists with context and links for review.
What We're Looking For
- Able to work 10 hours per week.
- Deeply immersed in the world of social media creators, especially on TikTok and Reels.
- Up-to-date on platform trends and what content performs well.
- Have an eye for brand alignment and audience quality.
- Organized and responsive, able to deliver quick-turn lists when needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing outreach or handling early conversations with talent.
