Responsibilities
- Discover and recruit content creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms who align with brand identity and audience demographics
- Assess potential creators using metrics such as engagement, audience authenticity, content tone, and compatibility with brand values
- Develop and sustain a qualified pool of creators prepared for collaboration
- Log and monitor sourcing activities in Airtable or comparable tracking tools
- Conduct daily outreach to creators through direct messages, email, and platform-specific channels
- Customize communication templates to improve reply and conversion rates
- Follow up regularly to ensure high onboarding success
- Negotiate core deliverables, schedules, and content usage rights when necessary
- Keep detailed records of outreach status, replies, and progress in onboarding
- Handle routine communication with currently partnered creators
- Coordinate content deadlines, deliverables, and approval workflows
- Ensure creators fully understand campaign briefs, key hooks, and performance-driven messaging
- Gather, catalog, and archive content for internal reuse in ads, organic posts, and ad account whitelisting
- Help craft and deliver clear creative briefs based on proven content strategies
- Maintain and segment the creator database (e.g., new, active, top performers)
- Assist in launching campaigns and supporting ongoing performance testing
