Blitzed is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and own our creator partnerships from the ground up. In this role, you'll develop a repeatable influencer engine that drives measurable results for our crypto casino and sportsbook while ensuring full compliance.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute the influencer strategy across tiers (nano to mega) and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Kick, X).
- Source and qualify creators using clear criteria around audience fit, geography, engagement authenticity, and risk profile.
- Own outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal structuring using CPA, revenue share, hybrid, flat fee, and performance bonus models.
- Create campaign briefs, messaging, and content guidance that converts while adhering to responsible gambling and compliance standards.
- Manage campaign operations, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, tracking links/codes, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Creative, Social, Community, Paid, and Affiliate teams to amplify and repurpose influencer content into a UGC pipeline.
- Track and report performance metrics such as CAC/CPA, sign-ups, first deposits, deposit volume, retention signals, ROAS, and content KPIs.
- Maintain an influencer CRM and documentation system for pricing benchmarks, learnings, creative angles, and whitelisting permissions.
- Run A/B tests on hooks, offers, landing flows, and creator formats, turning results into scalable playbooks.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly creator spend plans.
- Identify and manage risk related to fake followers, problematic content, brand safety, and compliance concerns.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in performance-driven influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Proven experience negotiating deals and running measurable campaigns driven by CPA and ROAS.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Kick creator ecosystems and how content drives conversions.
- Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools like UTM links, codes, dashboards, and basic attribution.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with comfort in high-volume outreach.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators, deadlines, and approvals simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, sports, or other regulated or grey categories.
- Experience with affiliate programs and hybrid influencer/affiliate structures.
- Creator whitelisting, Spark Ads, or paid amplification experience.
- Familiarity with KOL/influencer tools like CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or HypeAuditor.
- A strong network of creators in Tier 1 and key growth geographies.
