We're on the hunt for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can turn TikTok into our brand's secret weapon. You'll be the mastermind behind our creator strategy, transforming viral moments into serious brand growth for a fast-moving men's fashion and lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterback our entire TikTok influencer strategy—from finding killer creators to closing deals and running epic campaigns
- Curate a powerhouse network of macro, micro, and nano influencers across fashion, lifestyle, and grooming spaces
- Design creator briefs that are so sharp they practically guarantee viral content
- Dive deep into campaign analytics, translating views and engagement into crystal-clear strategic insights
- Partner with paid media and creative teams to amplify influencer content across channels
- Be our eyes and ears on TikTok's ever-shifting landscape of trends, communities, and content formats
- Keep meticulous records of influencer relationships, contracts, payments, and deliverables
Requirements
- 3–5 years of influencer marketing street cred, with a portfolio of TikTok campaigns that speak for themselves
- TikTok algorithm expertise that borders on mind-reading
- Negotiation skills sharp enough to make Hollywood agents take notes
- A data-driven brain that can transform metrics into meaningful strategy
- Communication skills that make every pitch, email, and conversation compelling
- Startup energy and the ability to thrive in organized chaos
