Inetum is seeking an IT Engineer fluent in French and English to join a team in Porto. Your mission is to operate, provide technical and functional support, and drive improvements for a key exchange platform managed by your squad.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the quality and deadlines of all deliverables.
- Contribute to improving the exchange platform.
- Provide functional and technical support for clients.
- Clarify and qualify client requirements.
- Provide guidelines for feasibility, complexity, and cost estimation of requirements.
- Design, implement, and validate functional and technical resolutions.
- Apply the test procedures defined for the department.
- Support studies and proof-of-concepts for platform improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of publish and subscribe principles for data exchanges.
- Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of SQL and Shell Scripts.
- Incident management experience.
- Autonomous, rigorous, with a high personal commitment.
- Curious and proactive in searching for new solutions.
- Critical and constructive in solution analysis.
- Aims to learn and use the latest technologies.
- Fluency in French.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing applications for life insurance or banking products.
- Programming language skills or experience.
