The Industry Association Manager will play a key role in expanding and strengthening Egnyte's brand by working with industry associations and trade groups. This role involves driving engagement through events, conferences, webinars, and white papers while collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Vertical Practice Leaders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key Associations and respective leadership at both the national and regional level
- Represent Egnyte at related conferences as a brand ambassador and deliver presentations as needed (Virtually and in-person)
- Identify and execute on sponsorship opportunities that result in increased brand awareness and/or lead generation at both the national and regional level
- Oversee the execution of the Industry Alliance program, scaling to 10+ new chapters per quarter
- Foster strong relationships with existing alliance chapters, proactively re-engaging those not fully utilizing program resources to maximize participation and impact
- Coordinate marketing, sourcing, onboarding and adoption of eligible chapters
- Work with the Marketing and Industry Practice Leaders to develop appropriate messaging that will be distributed through association channels, including webinar and white papers/case studies
- Identify and submit for speaking opportunities at related events
- Work with Sales and Partner team to identify regional events to attend
- Travel 25%, or 1 week per month on average but can change based on the volume of association activities
- On-site, and 3 days per week if living within 1 hour of an Egnyte office. Remote if otherwise
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and geographies while holding others accountable
- Proven ability to take initiative and complete projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight
- Proven program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with industry specific organizations such as AGC, CFMA, CDISC or ABA or equivalent (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, and Life Sciences) is desired, but not required

Compensation: $110 - $125k annually. Bonus – recruiter will discuss.
Work Mode
Hybrid role. On-site 3 days per week if living within 1 hour of an Egnyte office in Raleigh, NC, Draper, UT, or other allowable states. Remote option available for those outside these regions.
