Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site care at a designated location in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
- Build and sustain positive partnerships between the organization and client representatives.
- Develop professional, approachable connections with client workforce members.
- Deliver individual and group training focused on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Manage both work-related and non-work-related physical discomforts directly on site.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and comply with first aid standards.
- Follow all procedures within the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
- Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work assessments, Stay at Work support, or Ergonomic Evaluations as needed, including virtual, office, or vehicle-based assessments, and deliver clinical interventions.
- Produce detailed and timely documentation for all services rendered.
- Record accurate and current information in the organization’s approved web-based documentation system.
- Comply with all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements specific to each worksite.
- Uphold personal accountability to company policies, operational practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or client agreements.
