Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site medical services at a designated location in Longmont, Colorado.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships between the organization and client representatives.
- Establish trust and rapport with client staff through consistent, proactive engagement.
- Conduct educational sessions and training programs to promote injury and illness prevention for individuals and teams.
- Offer immediate care and management for both work-related and personal physical discomforts on site.
- Stay current with OSHA health, safety, and first aid standards and apply them consistently in practice.
- Follow all procedures and protocols within the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) framework.
- Perform services such as functional employment testing, return-to-work coordination, ergonomic evaluations, and clinical interventions as required by clients.
- Produce detailed and timely documentation for every service rendered.
- Enter accurate and up-to-date records into the organization’s approved web-based platform.
- Comply with all applicable worksite safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold personal accountability in following company policies, operational practices, and government regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or client needs.
