HireHawk is hiring an Industrial Acquisition Specialist to drive the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of industrial real estate acquisitions. This mid-senior level role focuses on building a robust deal pipeline through strategic outreach while coordinating due diligence for a dynamic investment portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Source and track industrial acquisition opportunities through strategic broker and owner outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and market intermediaries to expand deal flow.
- Screen deals and conduct preliminary property evaluations to identify viable investment opportunities.
- Coordinate comprehensive due diligence activities across internal teams including underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management.
- Manage acquisition pipeline and timelines using CRM systems while ensuring consistent communication across all active deals.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of documented experience in industrial real estate acquisitions.
- Strong, working knowledge of Bay Area industrial market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Ability to draft clear, professional correspondence with minimal grammatical or communication errors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard business productivity tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate transaction processes and deal flow management.
- Ability to independently coordinate cross-functional due diligence across underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management teams.
- Experience preparing detailed deal summaries and complete acquisition documentation.
