Jobgether is hiring an Incident Manager to lead and optimize incident response across our fast-paced SaaS platform. You will ensure incidents are handled efficiently with clear communication, timely coordination, and well-documented outcomes, while influencing broader incident management strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead incident communications, coordinating across engineering, product, support, and leadership teams.
- Ensure stakeholders and customers receive timely, accurate, and clear information.
- Drive incident resolution and coordination in both real-time and asynchronous contexts.
- Maintain clear incident timelines, roles, and action items without replacing technical ownership.
- Utilize and improve incident management tools to streamline reporting, communication, and tracking.
- Facilitate blameless postmortems for high-impact incidents, ensuring follow-ups are owned and outcomes are reported.
- Track incident trends, measure metrics such as response and resolution times, and identify opportunities to reduce incidents.
- Present clear reports and insights to executive leadership highlighting learnings and improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing incident communications in SaaS or cloud environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for technical, executive, and customer audiences.
- Hands-on experience with modern incident management tools like Incident.io, Rootly, or FireHydrant.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze incident metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Experience facilitating blameless postmortems, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring accountability.
- Familiarity with SRE and DevOps practices.
- Ability to stay organized and calm in fast-paced situations.
- Strong focus on clarity, transparency, and building trust.
Nice to Have
- Background in SRE, DevOps, or technical program management.
- Experience supporting distributed teams across time zones.
- Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and reliability frameworks.

- Compensation range: $266,000–$380,000 USD, depending on experience.
