Jobgether is hiring a Technical Lead, iOS to lead our engineering team in developing mobile applications that integrate health sensors. You will drive technical strategy, implement best practices, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the iOS engineering team, focusing on productivity, code quality, and results.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance mobile applications.
- Build mobile apps that integrate health sensors (e.g., CGMs, smartwatches).
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
- Ensure overall product quality, user experience, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members and new engineering hires.
- Take ownership of technical solutions and support on-call rotations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience in mobile app development.
- 9+ years of iOS development experience with expertise in Swift.
- Experience integrating health sensors (CGMs, smartwatches, smart scales) into mobile apps.
- 5+ years designing and implementing local databases using SQLite.
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for development (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flutter/Dart, Python/AI development in AWS, and Android/Kotlin.
- Knowledge of mobile CI/CD, Bluetooth/IoT solutions, and iOS security.
- Willingness and capability to learn new technologies and programming languages.
