Jobgether is hiring a Manager, Engineering (AI) to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative AI-based services. This role provides professional and technical leadership to engineers and data scientists, driving excellence in scalable solutions, AI initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver AI-based services.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and actionable feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Define team goals and monitor progress using data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and other Engineering leaders to align priorities and roadmap initiatives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within engineering processes.
• Monitor active projects, manage risks, and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to achieve shared objectives and roadmap milestones.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis, technical design, testing, and production readiness.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Technical leadership in AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, security best practices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency with Scrum practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent.
• Experience balancing technical rigor with business needs in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• Military experience or support for military spouses is valued but not required.
