Integrity First Consulting Inc. is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative (High-Ticket Closer) to close warm, pre-qualified leads for our business funding services. You will join a team dedicated to providing financing solutions, engaging clients on scheduled Zoom calls, and driving growth through disciplined sales execution.
What You'll Do
- Close warm and pre-qualified leads from Zoom calls booked on your calendar.
- Follow a proven sales script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Understand client needs and present the best solution for their success.
- Conduct outbound calls during periods with no-shows.
- Update CRM notes and report daily sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to improve conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, OR 2+ years in a high-ticket, remote closing role within a fast-paced environment.
- A strong alignment with our core values: Ownership, Integrity, Perseverance, Innovation, and Humility.
- Availability for 40 or more hours per week from Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours.
- Availability to travel up to 4 times per year for one-week team offsites.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with no strong foreign accent.
