About the Role

Motorola Solutions is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering and qualifying customer pre-sale inquiries, building and managing the lead development pipeline, and generating prospective customers through cold calling, all as part of our commitment to building a safer future.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and qualify customer pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.
  • Build and manage the lead development pipeline.
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions.
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify leads.
  • Tactfully and courteously interface with customers to build strong business relationships.
  • Mail marketing and sales literature to prospective clients and keep up-to-date.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers.
  • Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures.
  • Proactively continue to understand products and solutions.
  • Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services.
  • Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction.
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction.
  • Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
