Allstate is hiring an Industrial Engineering Senior Consultant II to join our Customer Experience Transformation Team. In this role, you will develop and manage business relationships while leading industrial engineering projects with minimal oversight. You will be instrumental in executing projects focused on process and task mining and mapping to enhance our operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop in-depth materials and ensure understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision-makers.
- Gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate external research, subject matter expertise, and best practices with business strategy and goals.
- Analyze ambiguous problems and break down complex information in a systematic, communicable manner.
- Impact department results through innovation and the provision of authoritative advice.
- Identify and manage enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce expenses.
- Apply excellent analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, collaborating closely with customers.
- Participate in designing leading-edge approaches and solutions using benchmarking and best practices.
- Develop and deliver operational dashboards and analyses in Celonis.
- Incorporate Industrial Engineering practices and ideologies to facilitate process efficiency and optimization.
