Extra Space Storage is hiring a remote Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. You must reside in Kansas to be eligible for this work-from-home position. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers by reserving the best storage unit for their individual needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by reserving the storage unit that best fits their individual needs.
- Deliver amazing customer service to all inbound callers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening.
- Able to work some weekends.
- Must reside in the state of Kansas.
