HireHawk is hiring a Content Creator to own the end-to-end production of short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram. You will turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement and brand growth, managing the full content workflow with speed and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-performing TikTok and Instagram Reels weekly with strong retention and engagement.
- Manage the full social content workflow: planning, shooting, editing, and scheduling.
- Implement trend-driven creative concepts within 24–72 hours of emergence.
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and brand-safe visual style.
- Track performance and support iterative improvements through analytics.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in short-form content creation for TikTok and/or Instagram.
- Proficiency using CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, or other mainstream mobile/desktop editors.
- Ability to work remotely in PST-aligned hours.
