Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a fluent Danish speaker to provide technical support to customers from a remote location within Greece. You will deliver high-quality assistance and resolve inquiries related to various technology products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to technology products and services efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with teams to escalate and manage more complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members as needed.

- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
