About the Role

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a remote team in Greece. In this role, you will provide support to Danish-speaking retail customers, helping resolve their inquiries and improving their overall shopping journey.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide support throughout the shopping process.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to assist with overall service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • A passion for retail and understanding of customer needs.
  • Willingness to embrace the flexibility of remote work while living in Greece.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
