Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a remote team in Greece. In this role, you will provide support to Danish-speaking retail customers, helping resolve their inquiries and improving their overall shopping journey.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide support throughout the shopping process.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to assist with overall service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A passion for retail and understanding of customer needs.
- Willingness to embrace the flexibility of remote work while living in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
