About the Role

Keller Executive Search is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative support to executive search professionals, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition. This is a remote-friendly administrative assistant role with significant professional growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Works well independently and in a team.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $72,000–$88,000 annually (depending on experience).
