Learner Education is hiring an Online Accounting Tutor to provide personalized, remote academic support. In this flexible role, you will guide students through Accounting courses and broader math topics, from 6th grade through college level, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals.
What You'll Do
- Guide students through Accounting courses with clear, structured lessons.
- Teach a wide variety of math subjects from 6th grade through college level.
- Help students succeed academically through personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional tutoring or teaching experience.
- At least 1 year of online tutoring experience.
- Relevant teaching experience and familiarity with the U.S. curriculum.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math (6th Grade to College level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fast, reliable internet connection.
- A computer or laptop, a stylus pen (highly recommended for clear annotation), and headphones.
- A professional, quiet environment conducive to tutoring.
- A U.S.-based bank account and SSN.
Nice to Have
- Availability during peak hours (Monday-Thursday, 3-10 PM ET) to connect with more students.
- Broader weekday and weekend availability is a plus.
