Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide confidential, evidence-based teletherapy as an independent contractor. In this role, you will deliver virtual therapy to adult healthcare workers, using measurement-based tools to track progress and improve outcomes. You'll join a clinician-founded company dedicated to reshaping mental health support for the healthcare workforce.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on a HIPAA-compliant video platform to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in the streamlined EHR.
- Incorporate measurement-based tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to monitor client progress.
What We're Looking For
- Independent licensure in Indiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults.
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week.
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools to monitor client progress.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method.
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care.
- Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers.

- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders.
