Lead and close high-value financial deals as an In-Person Team Lead for a growing sales organization based in New York City. You'll guide a team while directly engaging with business clients across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico to assess financial needs and structure effective cash advance solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships through phone, email, and SMS using fully qualified leads
- Assess business goals and recommend tailored financing options
- Train and support team members to improve performance and close rates
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes and workplace culture
What We Require
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven background in sales, customer service, and B2B outreach
- Experience with outbound calling, warm lead engagement, and business development
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales workflows
- Ability to work full-time in person at our New York, NY 10005 location
- Willingness to relocate to New York City prior to onboarding

Compensation & Environment
Compensation is commission-driven, with annual earnings ranging from $750,000 to $1,000,000. A temporary base salary is paid weekly, alongside uncapped performance bonuses. The workplace is inclusive, performance-focused, and structured to support long-term growth. This is an on-site position with no remote option, operating Monday through Friday.
