What You'll Do
- Engage directly with business clients through phone, email, and text to understand their financial objectives
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate funding options tailored to their goals
- Educate prospects on available financial products using clear, confident communication
- Lead and support a team of closers to meet performance targets and improve conversion rates
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment to strengthen team outcomes
Requirements
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven background in sales, customer service, or business development roles
- Experience with CRM platforms and managing client data efficiently
- Skilled in negotiation and B2B outreach strategies
- Comfortable with outbound and warm calling as part of daily workflow
- Must be able to report to the office daily in New York, NY 10005
- Relocation to New York City required prior to start date

Compensation
Annual earnings range from $750,000 to $1,000,000 in uncapped commissions. Includes temporary base compensation and daily performance bonuses. No equity offered.
Work Mode
Full-time, in-office position located in the Financial District of New York City. Monday through Friday schedule with no remote work options available.
