INFUSE Academy is hiring an In-House Counsel to provide legal support across a variety of corporate matters. You will be responsible for select legal issues, collaborating closely with outside counsel and internal leadership teams to drive strategy and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to corporate development initiatives that support the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal support in litigation, contract, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance matters.
- Work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams on legal strategy.
- Assist with corporate development projects to further company growth.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney.
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida.
- Experience as a litigator in Florida with the ability to appear in court as needed.
- A detail-oriented approach to all work.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial contract review.
Nice to Have
- Prior in-house experience.
