Express Flooring is looking for an In-Home Design Consultant to deliver a superior floor covering experience directly to homeowners. This is a fast-paced, in-home sales role where you will meet with clients, present tailored solutions, and close sales during the initial consultation.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home consultations, take measurements, and present solutions designed to close the sale in one visit.
Guide clients through provided flooring samples to help them make confident decisions.
Present flexible financing options to simplify the purchasing process and finalize agreements.
Hit sales targets by closing during the consultation while collaborating with the Express Flooring team to ensure an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.
Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

Work Mode
