Express Flooring is looking for an In-Home Design Consultant to deliver a superior floor covering experience directly to homeowners. This is a fast-paced, in-home sales role where you will meet with clients, present tailored solutions, and close sales during the initial consultation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations, take measurements, and present solutions designed to close the sale in one visit.
- Guide clients through provided flooring samples to help them make confident decisions.
- Present flexible financing options to simplify the purchasing process and finalize agreements.
- Hit sales targets by closing during the consultation while collaborating with the Express Flooring team to ensure an exceptional experience.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
