Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process for a digital operations platform
- Configure system settings based on customer requirements
- Deliver training sessions to customer teams in Spanish
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve setup issues
- Monitor implementation timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Translate technical workflows for non-technical users
- Troubleshoot integration problems during deployment
- Document client-specific configurations and processes
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer onboarding experiences
- Maintain accurate records of implementation progress
- Assist with data migration tasks for new customers
- Respond to client inquiries during the setup phase
- Ensure clients meet key milestones during onboarding
- Customize onboarding plans based on client size and needs
- Use remote tools to support client setup in real time
- Explain platform features clearly to diverse audiences
- Follow up with clients to confirm system adoption
- Identify risks that could delay implementation
- Work with account managers to align on client goals
- Support quality assurance during deployment
- Adapt communication style for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track implementation metrics and report outcomes
- Escalate technical blockers to engineering teams
- Maintain fluency in platform updates and new features
- Promote best practices for initial system use
