Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle integration projects for Raintree systems, from initial planning through deployment
- Set up and fine-tune Raintree environments to accommodate new integrations and functionalities
- Oversee deployment strategy across 120 Raintree instances, maintaining uniformity and reducing operational impact
- Work with internal groups including IT, operations, clinical staff, and third-party vendors to define needs and coordinate solutions
- Diagnose and resolve integration problems quickly during and after implementation phases
- Create and update documentation for deployments, standard procedures, and configuration instructions
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users and internal teams for newly introduced features and integrations
- Track system performance after rollout and suggest enhancements
- Maintain adherence to data security policies, HIPAA regulations, and internal compliance standards
