Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Specialist for Nursing Health Education to manage complex, cross-functional projects within our Enterprise Accounts. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective stakeholder communication and successful project outcomes, while contributing to the enhancement of business and project management processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from a Sales to Implementation perspective, effectively communicating project status until completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Manage project delivery within predefined goals, balancing time to market, quality, and resource availability.
- Facilitate meetings to gather input, align expectations, and make informed decisions.
- Interface with Product and Support Teams to address customer issues and training requirements.
- Maintain a customer-focused orientation throughout the project and demand the same from partners.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success.
- Align project deliverables and tasks with the overall vision/strategy.
- Negotiate with key stakeholders and decision-makers to consider customer impact and review resource allocation.
- Assess and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop efficient workflows and processes to turn ideas into actionable plans.
What We're Looking For
- Health information systems, technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence.
- Project delivery skills including accurate project planning, delivering milestone dates, and managing resources effectively.
- Demonstrated organization/project planning, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups and departments.
- Experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership and customers.

- Compensation: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $77,300 - $128,700. If performed in Ohio, the pay range is $73,400 - $122,300.
