LeadVenture is hiring an Implementation Specialist Contractor (18-month term)

Lead end-to-end software deployments for server-based solutions within customer-managed or internally hosted environments, guiding clients from initial kickoff through successful launch. This 18-month contract position plays a central role in configuring systems, validating settings, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle implementation projects, including planning timelines, defining milestones, and driving toward on-time go-live dates
  • Configure software parameters and verify system inputs in alignment with client needs and operational workflows
  • Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data preparation, validation, and configuration support during deployment phases
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, maintaining clear communication and ensuring a smooth, professional experience
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, anticipate risks, and take initiative to resolve issues before escalation
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding activities to promote effective product adoption
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on task ownership, progress updates, and delivery expectations
  • Educate clients on best practices for long-term success and optimal use of the platform
  • Continuously build expertise in both the software and the tire and wheel dealership industry to enhance service quality

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Professional background in the tire and wheel or automotive service industry
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical delivery, consulting, or implementation roles
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on accountability
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving complex issues
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula usage
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to ownership and follow-through
  • Adaptability in fast-moving, evolving work environments

Work Environment

This role supports international operations across multiple countries, including the United States, Mexico, Belize, India, and the Netherlands. Remote work is supported, allowing flexibility in location while serving a global client base.
