What You'll Do
Take ownership of full-cycle software implementations, guiding customers from initial setup through go-live in server-based environments. You'll configure system settings, validate data inputs, and ensure proper integration within customer-managed or internal hosting setups.
Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams. You'll organize and lead training sessions, define project timelines, and drive launch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data preparation, configuration support, and validation tasks. Monitor customer satisfaction, identify potential roadblocks, and take initiative to resolve issues before they impact deployment.
Share best practices with clients to promote effective adoption and long-term use of the software. Stay current with product updates and industry trends in the tire and auto service space to provide informed guidance.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- Professional experience in the tire & wheel industry
- Proven track record working directly with clients in a technical delivery or consulting role
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
- Skilled in troubleshooting and solving technical challenges
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
