Jobgether is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of software solutions for our healthcare clients. In this remote role, you will manage complex, customer-facing projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth onboarding for radiology practices and health systems.
What You'll Do
- Plan, monitor, and manage multiple complex implementation projects independently.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from discovery sessions to go-live and transition to support.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client workflows, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Integration resources, to meet project objectives.
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact, maintaining communication with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
- Track and manage feature requests, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Conduct weekly status meetings and provide leadership with dashboards and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements, maintain onboarding templates, and share best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or technical project management.
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including timeline, scope, and risk management.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions, technical implementations, and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and support team learning and improvement.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare IT.
- Familiarity with radiology workflows and healthcare IT systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EHRs).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Startup or growth-stage experience.
