About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Global Mobility Program Management leader to design, execute, and optimize our global mobility programs. You’ll oversee vendor relationships, manage transformation projects, and act as a liaison between corporate functions and regional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee global mobility program operations, ensuring efficient and standardized delivery across geographies.
  • Lead a team responsible for optimizing vendors, systems, and processes to achieve strategic transformation goals.
  • Drive initiatives to consolidate vendors, streamline workflows, and improve mobility service performance.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, project documentation, and feedback processes related to mobility programs and vendor performance.
  • Support change management by coordinating communication strategies and implementation plans for global initiatives.
  • Foster stakeholder alignment with corporate groups, regional headquarters, and business units worldwide.
  • Supervise vendor agreements, RFP/RFI processes, and ensure compliance with service-level standards.
  • Oversee team performance related to system usage, including AssignmentPro and related HR tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex global mobility or HR transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
  • Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiation of service agreements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to strategic execution.
  • Ability to lead teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments while maintaining clear direction and priorities.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of AssignmentPro and familiarity with global mobility vendors.
  • Japanese language skills or prior experience in a Japanese business culture.
