Jobgether is hiring a Global Mobility Program Management leader to design, execute, and optimize our global mobility programs. You’ll oversee vendor relationships, manage transformation projects, and act as a liaison between corporate functions and regional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Oversee global mobility program operations, ensuring efficient and standardized delivery across geographies.
Lead a team responsible for optimizing vendors, systems, and processes to achieve strategic transformation goals.
Drive initiatives to consolidate vendors, streamline workflows, and improve mobility service performance.
Partner with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, project documentation, and feedback processes related to mobility programs and vendor performance.
Support change management by coordinating communication strategies and implementation plans for global initiatives.
Foster stakeholder alignment with corporate groups, regional headquarters, and business units worldwide.
Supervise vendor agreements, RFP/RFI processes, and ensure compliance with service-level standards.
Oversee team performance related to system usage, including AssignmentPro and related HR tools.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience managing complex global mobility or HR transformation projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiation of service agreements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to strategic execution.
Ability to lead teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments while maintaining clear direction and priorities.
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
Exceptional time management, organization, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

MBA or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of AssignmentPro and familiarity with global mobility vendors.
Japanese language skills or prior experience in a Japanese business culture.
