SanMar is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of regulatory compliant, high-quality plans for customer product installations. This role ensures operationally efficient customer go-lives by managing the entire implementation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Manager, Implementation Planning to develop strategies that improve customer go-live experiences and team efficiency.
- Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently assess and improve personal performance.
- Collaborate with Sales to establish appropriate implementation expectations during the sales process.
- Document all agreed deliverables and timelines in a detailed Scope of Work for customer sign-off prior to point-of-sale.
- Coordinate with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to create an Implementation Plan that fulfills all Scope of Work and quote requirements.
- Oversee Implementation Plan execution, serving as the main interface between Sales, the Customer, Implementation Team colleagues, and other internal groups.
- Document and escalate any execution issues to the Manager, Implementation Planning.
- Recommend updates to team procedures and product installation instructions to prevent future escalations.
- Assist in specifying Implementation Planning requirements for product enhancements and new product designs.
- Participate in all team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to maximize team efficiency.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, a related technical field, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Nice to Have
- Approximately 3+ years of experience working with teams in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO, FDA, MDR).
- Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment implementations.
- Previous experience with implementation management applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000 USD
