Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data gathering efforts, ensuring information is processed and presented clearly for end users.
- Utilize strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking abilities to support revenue optimization.
- Collect and interpret data, transforming it into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Process work requests and occasionally review peer outputs related to product setup, email marketing, and reporting tasks.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement in people, processes, and product offerings.
- Sustain internal customer satisfaction ratings at or above 95% across all supported departments.
- Develop technical proficiency with GHX’s product portfolio, starting with Vendormate Credentialing—a solution that helps healthcare facilities manage vendor compliance and site access.

- Carry out recurring operational duties and participate in special projects as directed.
