About the Role

This role is responsible for guiding new customers through the setup and launch process, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and successful adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding projects for new clients from kickoff to go-live
  • Develop and manage project timelines and implementation schedules
  • Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and product
  • Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training for client teams
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
  • Ensure all technical and configuration tasks are completed on time
  • Verify client readiness for system launch
  • Coordinate data migration and integration activities
  • Document client configurations and implementation details
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Support change management processes during deployment
  • Gather and confirm client acceptance at key milestones
  • Troubleshoot early-stage usage issues
  • Ensure adherence to internal implementation methodologies
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client onboarding experiences
  • Track implementation metrics and report on performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
  • Assist in refining implementation processes for scalability
