Parspec is hiring an Implementation Lead to own the transition for strategic enterprise customers from manual workflows to our integrated digital platform. You will lead the full implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live, and help define and scale our implementation frameworks and best practices.
What You'll Do
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from kickoff through go-live.
- Collaborate with customer IT and business teams to map existing workflows and design integration plans.
- Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops, capturing requirements and identifying blockers.
- Design and document integration workflows, including system architecture, field mapping, and data flows.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Support API-based and middleware integrations, partnering closely with Parspec’s Product and Engineering teams.
- Analyze and transform customer data to support configuration and testing efforts.
- Build repeatable templates, documentation, and tooling to scale future rollouts.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers who handle enablement and long-term account success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or solutions consulting in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and middleware platforms.
- Strong data handling skills: Excel/Google Sheets, data mapping, light SQL or scripting.
- Proven ability to lead complex implementations and work cross-functionally across customer and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a bias toward ownership and action.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at an early-stage SaaS company or in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
- Background in construction, building materials, or distribution technology.
- Comfort with process improvement, technical documentation, and implementation playbook creation.
