Abridge is hiring an Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution after sales to support partner growth through reliable product deployment and expert guidance.
  • Build trust with partners and internal teams by demonstrating deep technical expertise and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges across systems, including API connectivity, authentication, networking, data integrity, EHR configurations, and internal platform issues.
  • Manage high-level technical escalations from customer-facing teams, resolving issues or coordinating with engineering when deeper support is needed.
  • Monitor integration and product health metrics proactively to detect risks and optimize performance before partners encounter problems.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and informed decision-making.
  • Guide partners and internal stakeholders on integrating the product during major infrastructure changes like mergers, EHR upgrades, or system consolidations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert internally on key product areas and represent partner experience in product innovation discussions.
  • Create and maintain scalable deployment resources, including playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Advise on technical implications and risks of new features requiring integration changes and support adoption efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build real-time support tools, including observability frameworks for integration health.
  • Coordinate and lead after-hours support for partner accounts when required to ensure successful implementation of updates or changes.
