RevSpring is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Solution Delivery team. In this role, you will implement our patient engagement and payment solutions by working directly with clients and internal partners to translate business needs into configured, live systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead and perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Provide project oversight and governance on selected single or multi-product implementations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, and Product Management to solve client needs using product features.
- Configure RevSpring printed communication, digital delivery, and payment solutions according to best practices.
- Create onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to scale the client onboarding process.
- Provide guidance to Solution Support teams to triage complex issues.
- Participate in transition meetings with Solution Support.
- Actively contribute to the development of Solution Delivery implementation assets and introduce best practices.
- Learn selected RevSpring solutions and develop a high degree of specialization in 2-4 product areas.
- Complete assigned certification training courses.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare, specifically revenue cycle management.
- ARM and RCM industry knowledge, including HFMA/ARM training.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proven ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Capacity to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply it to new situations.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants.
