Achievers is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Operations – Professional Services team. You will play a key role in deploying our solutions for clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of Achievers' solutions for new and existing clients.
- Partner with Customer Success and other teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Configure and customize platform features to meet specific client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Document processes and contribute to best practices within the Professional Services team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or project management role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Work Mode
This position is based on a hybrid work model and requires you to be located in Melbourne.
