RevSpring is looking for an Implementation Consultant to provide high-quality implementation, evaluation, and assessment within our Patient Engagement product suite. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert, working closely with clients and product managers to configure and enable new or existing products. What You'll Do
- Provide quality onboarding and upgrades to our clients.
- Be a subject matter expert on our products to provide best practices and develop implementation procedures.
- Identify, suggest, and develop enhancements to the platform to enable greater supportability and ease of use.
- Perform various business support tasks such as documenting systems and processes and suggesting/implementing process and/or system improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in an implementation or support role within the Healthcare Industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations.
- Must be customer focused, have excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms.
- Must have excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Has an entrepreneurial approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with project tracking ticketing systems. JIRA is preferred.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Hamilton, NJ.
