Hexagon is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and customization of technical solutions for our clients' purchased technology. You will work independently to implement various Hexagon software solutions, following our Smart Services Methodology standards while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and customize Hexagon software solutions onsite and virtually.
- Execute client project plans, including implementing technology, configuring scripts, and handling data collection and processing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project implementation.
- Conduct training for clients on the utilization and administration of Hexagon products.
- Create and deliver comprehensive project documentation for all assigned projects.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate the functionality of installed systems.
- Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and integration teams.
- Coordinate and submit information to Technical Support in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to drive product and process improvements.
- Solve problems both independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Work closely with implementation services, Technical Support, and other team members.
- Complete project-related expense reports and timesheets within required deadlines.
- Adhere to Integrity work processes, quality standards, and deliverable templates.
- Follow Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity best practices and standards.
- Complete required activity reports, such as daily site reports and weekly status updates.
- Implement policies and best practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping, and process documentation.
- Interface with technical teams and project management to suggest strategies for efficient service execution.
- May perform back-office activities to support the services group and engage in pre-sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM-based technology field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Technology) and relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience designing, evaluating, advising, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience configuring Operating Systems (OS) in a server environment.
- Knowledge of basic and advanced networking principles (IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Experience creating and editing scripts and batch jobs.
- Experience installing and configuring Microsoft SQL.
- Familiarity with process control and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) equipment.
- Comfort with network protocols such as Telnet, FTP(s), and HTTP(s).
- Understanding of networking access control and security.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Fluent verbal and written English skills.

- A Master's degree in an engineering or STEM-based technology field.
- Experience in process control and working with ICS technology.
- Experience with cloud-based virtualization (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).
- Experience coaching and mentoring professionals.
- Strong knowledge of the Purdue Model for ICS networking.
- Certifications such as Certified Cisco CompTIA, CCNA, CISSP, or MCSE.
- Knowledge of application programming and languages (e.g., VB script, Python, Power BI).

This is an onsite role with significant travel. The position is based in KSA and requires travel to multiple client sites, including Jubail, Udhailiyah, Ras Tanura, Jazan, and Yanbu.
