MaintainX seeks an Implementation Consultant for its US Federal Government practice. In this role, you will manage concurrent implementation projects in the Washington, DC region, acting as the primary client contact to configure the MaintainX platform and ensure a high-quality experience from project initiation through close.
What You'll Do
- Closely manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Configure and deploy the MaintainX environment to meet client needs and align with best practices.
- Lead customer interactions and advise clients on how to optimize value from the product.
- Serve as the client manager for government clients to understand business operations and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with software developers on requirements for API integration, data conversion, and business logic.
- Deliver formal training to client project team members and end-users.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.
- Track and communicate client issues, proactively troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
- Demonstrate industry expertise through advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, marketing, sales, and account management initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, or construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Experience working with clients at multiple levels within an organization.
- Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
- Savvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software quickly.
- Self-starter comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers.
- Ability to perform in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance sectors.
- Membership in professional organizations or relevant professional certifications.
- Past experience in product, marketing, sales, or account management initiatives.
