Athennian is looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead our clients through the successful onboarding and adoption of our legal entity management platform. You will be the primary technical guide, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering immediate value.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients
- Conduct needs analysis and configure the platform to meet specific client requirements
- Develop and deliver training sessions and create supporting documentation
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, building strong client relationships
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to ensure client success
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or technical account management role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and status updates
- Analytical mindset to understand client processes and translate them into system configuration
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a hybrid environment
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located in Calgary, AB, Toronto, ON, or elsewhere in Canada for remote work.
