Experian is hiring a Client Onboarding Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Examine contracts and project documents to determine project scope and technical needs.
  • Evaluate client system setups during quality checks and draft technical configuration guidelines.
  • Set up user accounts, platforms, and product access, including authentication and permissions.
  • Identify and fix issues related to eligibility and provider identifiers, ensuring alignment with EDI protocols.
  • Facilitate onboarding discussions, record key outcomes, and maintain alignment with client partners.
  • Suggest enhancements and automation strategies to improve onboarding efficiency.
