Responsibilities
- Examine contracts and project documents to determine project scope and technical needs.
- Evaluate client system setups during quality checks and draft technical configuration guidelines.
- Set up user accounts, platforms, and product access, including authentication and permissions.
- Identify and fix issues related to eligibility and provider identifiers, ensuring alignment with EDI protocols.
- Facilitate onboarding discussions, record key outcomes, and maintain alignment with client partners.
- Suggest enhancements and automation strategies to improve onboarding efficiency.
