Responsibilities
- Lead software configuration and setup, transforming detailed client requirements into functional clinical systems.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering evidence-based recommendations to optimize software adoption, return on investment, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and modify detailed functional documentation and test scenarios tailored to client-specific needs, including core platforms and custom integrations.
- Oversee multiple active client projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope parameters.
- Guide and support entry-level team members and recent hires, ensuring high-quality outputs and contributing to their professional development.
- Coordinate effectively between research and development, engineering, and project management teams to address configuration challenges, testing obstacles, and system defects.
- Conduct on-site and virtual client workshops; assist the training team in designing and delivering effective educational content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in and drive internal projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing product capabilities, and establishing organizational standards.
- Ensure all implementation tasks follow established Standard Operating Procedures and comply with industry norms for data management to support future analytics.
- Direct resolution of issues during system enablement, providing technical expertise and ensuring uniformity in data capture methods.
- Assist external partners with integration tasks and data exchange, preserving system interoperability and data integrity.
